1. Why should our family choose FIO360?
FIO360 is the best provider of childcare services in the intown Atlanta area. Our objective is to foster a secure, supportive environment in which children receive the necessary stimulation and encouragement to develop increasing levels of independence. Our curriculum, The Pyramids Program, synthesizes proven educational principles with cutting edge research to provide each child with the ability to move from basic understanding to more complex learning processes. 2. Why does FIO360 have such an intense focus on cleanliness?
Because the health and safety of your child depends on it. The shoeless environment cuts down on the amount of germs and harmful chemicals tracked into our center. We have a full time custodian as well as a part time cleaning staff. All of our cleaning supplies are green and eco friendly, providing a high level of cleanliness and hygine without harsh chemicals.

3. Will my child ever be able to simply play and get dirty?
Of course! Every child will participate daily in numerous hands-on activities that foster learning opportunities. Whether playing with classmates on our rooftop playground or painting and creating crafts in the classroom, children are encouraged to touch, explore, and create.

4. The pricing seems beyond what I could afford. Is there a sliding scale based on family income or other payment options?
At this time there is no sliding scale. Care at our facility costs between $10 and $13 per hour. FIO360 offers more than any other center in the Metro Atlanta area for this price. 

5. What services and/or amenities are available to parents?
FIO360 has created a family workstation to meet the needs of busy parents. In addition to a coffee bar, we have computers for your use with wireless internet access, printers, and telephones. Our goal is to assist you in maximizing your time with your child.

6. What is a typical meal that my child will eat?
A delicious, well-balanced and organic breakfast or lunch prepared in house from scratch by our chefs. We do not serve pork or nuts of any kind.

7. Do parents have a voice in determining what their children are learning or in any curriculum decisions?
Yes. We include both the child and their parents in the curriculum.

8. How secure is the facility?
We use a state of the art system designed for our center by ESI. All access doors are controlled by electromagnetic locks and are under constant video surveillance.

9. Who are the staff members and what are their qualifications?
All staff members hold a minimun of an associate’s degree. All teachers and lead teachers hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in education.

10. What screening process are employees subjected to during the hiring process? 
All teachers undergo an extensive screening and interview process. We use classroom observation, writing samples and multiple interviews to find educators who share the progressive vision of FIO 360.

11. Are all staff members trained in the Pyramid Program curriculum?
All of our staff members are experienced educators in the field of early learning and represent the best teachers in the Atlanta area. Further training in the methodologies specific to the Pyramid Program is required for each classroom teacher. Our Program Director has more extensive training in the curriculum and guides the teaching staff.

12. Will I receive a copy of my child’s curriculum and supporting materials to support his/her learning at home?
Lesson plans are available for parents of children enrolled in our full and part time programs.

13. Does the curriculum provide for learning opportunities such as music classes and second language instruction?
Enrichment in language and arts is essential for the children of today. We are developing programs in language, music, yoga and dance to integrate into our curriculum.

14. Does FIO360 have plans to expand the curriculum to serve students beyond age six?
The Pyramids Program curriculum is specific to the development of children up to six years of age. Our goal is to be the very best provider of early education services for this targeted age group. There are no plans to expand to past first grade at this time.
