Eco-Friendly Surroundings
Children deserve to be nurtured and cared for in an environment that encompasses the collective best for their health.  FIO360 believes no effort is too extensive to develop surroundings reflecting the best innovation available for ensuring healthy children and contributing to a healthy environment. 

So, we’re going to great lengths to:
- Paint the entire facility with zero-VOC (volatile organic compounds) paints. 
- Include solar tubes in the design to bring natural light into rooms without direct window light.
- Incorporate radiant heat into the floors to make the space more comfortable for the children.
- Exclude all PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic products because PVC is proven dangerous to human health and the environment. 
- Use personal care products that exclude harmful products like Toluene, SLS, Phthalates, PPD, Petrolatum or others.
- Use earth-friendly cleaning and laundry products that exclude harmful fumes and environmental toxins.
- Integrate learning about the environment into our curriculum and daily activities.

All meals prepared in the on-site FIO360 commercial kitchen will feature locally-grown or organic and hormone-free food, with an emphasis on whole foods and fresh fruits and vegetables.  So, parents can rest assured that, not only are their children being cared for in the most stimulating physical surroundings, but they are also being nourished with the best foods for their physical and mental development.
